The Integrity project has opened a new course on supervising and mentoring towards responsible conduct of research.
Why a course for supervisors on integrity?
You may recognize that for starting PhD students, current demands in academia are multiple and high. As a supervisor, you can help PhDs to navigate well in the academia, by making them aware of choices about authorship, open science, data management, but also on conflicts of interest or about power dynamics in the academia. Being a good supervisor and a responsible researcher is increasingly important and can be difficult sometimes. We have developed this course in order to help supervisors to strengthen their skills in supervision on integrity issues.
