The Embassy of Good Science

🚀 Key Highlights from the #NERQ_OS Co-Chairs and EC DG Research & Innovation – Open Science & Research Infrastructures Meeting

We are thrilled to share the latest developments from our meeting focused on advancing Open Science standards across Europe. Here’s a quick recap:

:mag: Open Science GATE Report 2025
The GATE will draft its first report on the community Open Science Standards by the end of 2025.
The Open Science Committee (GATE), composed of Europe’s key stakeholders in Open Science and beyond, will accompany and assess this report.

:earth_africa: Establishing European Infrastructure
My team (at Kiel University) will support the GATE for the next 2 years. The project aims to establish itself as a European infrastructure over the coming years.

:handshake: Get Involved
Are you a trainer looking to contribute your Open Science standards to the report? Fill out the GATE service (LinkedIn) and join us as a named contributor!

Together, let’s shape the future of Open Science in Europe and thank you NERQ for the wonderful start of this project!
